Twice a year we run a series of three 1-day workshops open to everyone wishing to review their career options or anyone who simply wants to get on with making a career move. We run these as 1 day workshops to enable individuals to attend all or just 1. Workshop Costs: £300 to attend each workshop individually £500 to attend any 2 modules £700 to attend all 3 modules
Workshops 1, 2 & 3 : Description Workshop 1 – Is about enabling you to think through what it is you really want to do & matching that up with what is realistic. It includes : - An evaluation of what factors are important to you in a career
- An evaluation & assessment of Career Options
Workshop 2 – Is about giving delegates a full understanding of the practical tools and skills to work the job market successfully. It includes: - An initial assessment of your current CV & a realistic assessment of your market worth
- A review of how the job market operates & how best to maximise your return from it
- Developing a Personal Marketing Plan
- CV Construction
- Covering Letters & Application Forms
- Organising yourself
- Setting up an Administration system
- Presenting yourself to best advantage during the Selection Process
- Negotiating your Package
Workshop 3 – Is about enabling you to successfully market yourself directly to decision-makers. These are the same skills & processes taught to Head Hunters, & in reality represent the quickest most effective way for you for you to make a successful career move. It includes: - Establishing a call list in the right sector
- Telephone techniques
- Structuring the call
- Developing a script
- Getting through to the right person
- Asking for referrals
