Career Management has been a phrase on everyone’s lips for years.  Yet still there is very little to assist those in Executive, Managerial & Professional positions to make sensible decisions about what direction to take, and when. As a result a significant number of people:

• Still believe that the Organisation they work for is responsible for their career. “I would be happy to consider any opportunity that might be offered to me!” – Oh dear !
• Believe that finding out what excites you & what you might be good at before you worry about how to turn it into an income stream, is akin to lunacy!
