This is an intensive 3 hour one to one training programme combined with telephone support, aimed at producing a strong CV and enabling the individual to find the right career opportunity in the shortest possible space of time.

The content will always be tailored to suit their priorities but might include:

• An evaluation of what factors are important to in a career
• An evaluation and assessment of Career options.
• A review of how the job market operates and how best to maximise the return from it.
• Developing a personal Marketing Plan.
• CV construction, drafting and production if required.
• Covering letters and Application forms.
• Organising yourself.
• Setting up an Administration system.
• Presenting yourself to best advantage during the Selection Process.
• Negotiating Package.
